What is a Painting Party?
It is a group of people that get together to paint a similar Painting. I say similar because everyone put their own personality into painting.
These parties can be for seasoned painters all the way to a beginner. It is just a way to get a group of people together and have fun with painting. This painting party was to support the WillowTree Support Center. My neighbor’s son is active at this center, and they are building a new wing to help more people with the funds raise from activities like this one.
What is the Cost?
Normally it is depending on where but the cost normally starts at 25.00 and goes up based on where you are for the party.
What does it include?
It includes:
- the teacher or instructor to walk you through creating a piece of art
- the paint and canvas
- the brush or brushes
- aprons so you don’t have to worry about getting messy
- easels for your canvas
How long is the party?
Most parties are between 2-3 hours long. This is dependant on the complexity of the painting.
